Dr Kosto covers all aspects of general Rheumatology, including the inflammatory arthritides, mechanical joint problems, soft tissue and periarticular problems including occupational injuries and connective tissue diseases.   He holds a specialist interest in musculoskeletal medicine, with a particular emphasis on spinal and peripheral joint problems.

Dr Kosto has had extensive experience in the field of Sports Medicine, being particularly involved with Australian Rules footballers and athletes.  He is also actively involved in research and education to advance the field of rheumatology, publishing numerous papers in reputable medical journals and presenting at national and international conferences. He is also involved in teaching and mentoring young physicians, sharing his knowledge and expertise to shape the next generation of medical professionals.
