Dr Ash Takyar is an experienced medicolegal psychiatrist who has consulted in every state of Australia and is accredited and experienced in all schemes in Australia.
He holds dispute resolution roles as a Member of Medical Panels of Victoria, as an approved medical specialist for the Workers Compensation Commission and dispute resolution roles with SIRA (DRS, MAC, IMC). He has an interest in adjustment disorders, PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, motor accidents, personal injury and public liability, for both IME and Permanent Impairment assessments.
