About Dr Matthew Boulton

Dr. Matthew Boulton is a seasoned Psychiatrist with more than a decade of experience in the mental health field. He specializes in areas including ADHD, anxiety disorders (including obsessive-compulsive disorder and body dysmorphic disorder), mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and the impact of personality factors on life satisfaction. 

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Boulton has extensive experience in the medico-legal arena. He is well-versed in conducting medico-legal assessments and preparing comprehensive reports for a wide range of purposes. This includes personal injury claims, where his insights are invaluable for assessing the psychological impact of injuries and their relevance to compensation cases. He is also experienced in assisting with workers’ compensation cases, offering expert opinions on the psychological well-being of workers who may have been affected by workplace-related issues. 

Dr. Boulton’s medico-legal skills extend to criminal matters, where he provides valuable assessments and reports that are relevant to understanding the mental state and psychological aspects of individuals involved in legal cases.
