Dr Nitin Dharwadkar is the Principal and Founder of MedLegalMD, proudly working collaboratively with all referring parties to perform independent medical examinations with expertise across a broad spectrum of Psychiatric disorders.
Dr Dharwadkar is a Foundation Member of the Faculty of Forensic Psychiatry, an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Monash University and is currently a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Melbourne Clinic.
For the past 25 years, Dr Dharwadkar has worked extensively with insurance companies, private legal practitioners, Legal Aid, Self-Insurers, Local Government Councils and both NSW and VIC Workers’ compensation schemes, to provide comprehensive and well-balanced independent opinions.
