About Dr Pankaj Rao
Having trained in Newcastle and completed his fellowship in Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgery, Dr. Rao received his Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle surgery fellowship in 2009 from the Australasian College of Surgeons. He continually enhances his skills through international surgical training in Thailand, the USA, and Australia.
Specialising in various foot and ankle surgeries, including bunion surgery, ankle arthroscopy, forefoot and deformity corrections, and ligament reconstruction, Dr. Rao also addresses common conditions like arthritis, trauma, and sporting injuries. His expertise extends to arthroscopic surgery, platelet-rich plasma injections, and the management of degenerative and reconstructive conditions.
