About
After a hiatus from vocational medicine, Dr Bhasin returned, and initially specialised in General Practice in 2016. In 2017, he commenced training in Pain Medicine and gained hands-on experience in both non-interventional and interventional pain management at Sir Charles Gairdner, Royal Perth and Fiona Stanley Hospitals. His current interest in Pain Medicine is multidisciplinary care including advanced interventions and neuromodulation for spine and other chronic pain conditions. Dr Bhasin brings diverse clinical skills into clinical assessments in the area of medicolegal work. His particular interests are spine pain, major joint pain, persistent post surgical pain, CRPS, and central sensitisation. He believes patients should be assessed and treated form a biopsychosocial perspective.
