The Building Highly Effective Teams workshop is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organisations understand the expectations team members have of their leaders, how to maximise employee engagement, and what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, this course focuses on putting The Five Behaviours model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results into practice. It is designed to help teams have deeper conversations about how they work together on a day-to-day basis and is a program that is rich enough for a team to revisit time and time again.
