Create your own Preferred Provider Panel

Need to create a panel of preferred doctors? The MEDirect booking platform let’s you create a group of preferred medical experts for you and your team.

Use your administrator rights to create a specific panel to be used by your team, or create a list of frequently used medical experts for personal use. The choice is yours!

MEDirect makes it so easy to manage every step of the process.

Negotiate fees before the assessment is conducted

No-one likes unexpected charges, so avoid “bill-shock” by using MEDirect’s Fee Negotiation tool. Request a quote for non-gazetted assessments before the job is done. Simply make your booking, upload the documentation and select “Request a quote”. Your Medical Expert will review your brief and provide you with a quotation you’re free to accept or decline.

And receive Medical Experts’ requests for additional fees before the assessment is done. Don’t haggle over fees once the invoice is received. Negotiate, accept or decline  medical Experts’ requests for additional fees before the work is done, and avoid awkward and unnecessary situations.

Block book appointments without claimant details

We know there are times you need to secure an appointment but don’t have the Claimants details. MEDirect’s “Secure and Switch” function has that covered! Find a suitable appointment, enter a place-holder name, and receive instant automated confirmation of the booking. Then once you have all the claimant details, you just open the booking made in the placeholder name, and switch the appointment name! It’s so easy. You can even offer a choice of 3 appointments using this functionality.

Cancel and reschedule appointments via your own online dashboard

Effortlessly reschedule or cancel an appointment through your MEDirect dashboard. After log in, just open the booking, select cancel or reschedule, and follow the automated online prompts. Your request will be automatically actioned and a confirmation sent to you and the Medical Expert.

Collaborate on early intervention strategies

And because we understand the importance of early intervention and collaboration, the MEDirect platform lets you coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to make recommendations on early intervention treatment strategies. Simply book a lead Medical expert, then invite other multidisciplinary team members to the case. All appointment information, documentation, progress updates and interim and completed reports will be accessible by the whole team.

Want to organise a Joint Medical Examination or panel assessment? You can do it all through the MEDirect platform.  Make your booking, open the case, then invite whoever you want to work together on the case.
